The apartment style rooms were very large and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and Miami Beach. Very neat and clean. Could use a few small upgrades but overall it was a fabulous stay.

I got the oceanfront view with the pool view and absolutely loved it. I felt like a diva in that room. The valet parking tenants were amazing and the front desk experience was very easy. I hope everyone else enjoys it as much as I did.

I read so many bad reviews of this hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor. It has great view of the sea. It was easily accessible to the beach that was excellent. But I was misled because it was advertised as hotel but not actually hotel. It was apartment lease place. No dining at all. So we have to go out and eat something. That was the difficult part of the trip otherwise pool was excellent and beach was excellent. Room view and space is awesome.

The stay was absolutely amazing ! Enrique was so warm and welcoming. I had an issue with the reservation which he resolved immediately. They made my stay one of the best vacations I have experienced. Loved that the unit had laundry and fridge for left overs. Loved that we had two pools to choose from. Everyone in the building was nice and quiet. I would have liked to have had a table a lot the balcony. We only had chairs. We would have loved to have had more shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We didn’t bring any thinking they had plenty and we only had 3 little bottles for a family of 5. Overall it was very good stay. Definitely coming back!
