Although we didn’t see any front desk staff, they ensured to maintain great communication by welcoming up through the Expedia messaging and providing all the needed details for parking and access to the building and our room. While the room was smaller than expected, it was nice for what we needed and comfortable bedding.

Hi, the stay was excellent, and the room was very clean. The only thing that made a somewhat poor impression was the carpet on the first floor, but everything else inside the rooms was excellent. Thank you.

The room was what you pay for. Had a shut in smell but for 2 nights, it was fine. Communication lacked from the start but the day of checking in, I was sent a message with all necessary details. The property manager was extremely friendly. Would stay again.

Room was clean and perfect for just a short stay. Not a luxury place, but the location makes up for it — close to everything on Collins Ave in Miami. Good option if you just need a convenient place to sleep and explore the area.”
