I can not complain about this place. Room was clean, We had dishes and cookware, towels and toilet paper as needed. Room service was every 3 days. But if you need anything, ask and you shall receive. The rooms are being updated and looked great. Didn't see any bugs anywhere inside. It was a great place to stay and conveniently located right across the street from the bus stop. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pool was close by which helped. The kids had a wonderful time. We also got to hand at the Beach, pool, eat at multiple restaurants on Collins, took the 100 bus, the trolley, Uber, Lyft and even a Citi Bike. Thanks again Mariana!!

Check-in took us 45mins due to several reasons, slow receptionist, slow internet, issue with the person in line before us. Doesn't justify 45mins

The room was nice however it didn't match the pictures at all. The picture is warm and inviting the room was bare and a very small couch. The towels were small but did the job. The maid was nice.

The Seaside has a quaint courtyard, is close to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The most difficult thing was finding the office. Overall a great stop for pre cruise adventure
