「Park Royal is a small, old, very average (meh) place to stay that is VERY overpriced for what you get once you add in all the extra fees. They advertise a price that seems fair and then jack it up with outrageous parking an amenities fees. It is hilarious and embarrassing for them that they charge you a "resort fee" just because they have a tiny, dumpy, unattractive pool. The $35 per day parking is narrow, cramped, on the street parking. Very high fee per day to have your car sitting in full sun...
