The housekeeping verified that one had been found and kept it in a covered cup, asking if I wanted it mailed or pick-up at the hotel. I was elated because these retainers are very expensive! Don't know what happened to the other one......we were in Room 255 in case it would show up!!! More thanks than I can express!!! "
