"Great staff! Better than average included breakfast. Small kitchen in room was a nice plus. Best feature is the location. Perfect walking distance to anything on Michigan ave or Gold Coast/Rush street. Parking $70’per night is a good value as well, can access anytime during your stay. "

"It was busy at breakfast time but after half hour and flagging waiter down he still wouldn’t come over. I talked with management but they wouldn’t give any vouchers or anything since we had to leave to get to hospital."

"The walls were paper thin, and our neighbors partied in their room every night until about 1AM. we did call the front desk who called them and got them at least to turn off the music, but even their talking voices could be heard in the room. Its a beautiful hotel but I wasn't able to get much sleep so if you're in town for business I'd avoid this place"

"There are no domes when we went which attracted to this property. But otherwise very good cleanliness staff and help. We had our bath tub clogged but they gave us an hour extra for checkout.I do recommend this place if they really have the domes set up with heaters ."

"The room was very clean but the amenities are quite dirty. In general is a big hotel with a lot of movement, many families and a lot of people everywhere, so the breakfast (which is great by the way) is very busy. "
