The rest of the staff we encountered were hard to find and not particularly motivated to be helpful. It took 30 minutes to get someone to check our bags for early arrival. "

"An early April heatwave isn't all that common, I get it... but not turning the AC on because it's too early in the season is pretty rough when you have an inside facing room with zero breeze and no fan in your room when it's 80 overnight."
