"Overall the property had what my family and I were looking for - location. The hotel has an old charm to it and it was always busy and full of guests and non guests. We stayed in a corner room so we could get as much light we could and also have cloud gate view. The shower was great and bed was comfy. Overall 5 stars but if we didn’t have the natural lighting or a good view it could easily go down to 2 stars because the room can get warm quick so it’s best to crack open a window. "Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Clean property, expensive but accessible parking attached to the hotel, lots of places to eat/drink/shop all within 5min walking distance. Would recommend 10/10."
