"The hotel is sleek and modern. Our room was clean and fresh. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great location to stay for cruises. It is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old San Juan Piers. There are also plenty of options for restaurants. It was quiet after dark. What we really likes also was how courteous the drivers are. Many would stop to let you pass and give a wave to us. "
"Room was spotless and beautifully designed. Locations was great - very walkable all over Old San Juan. Loved the restaurants. Great food and drinks. Staff was excellent and helpful. "
"I stayed at Armas Hotel during the San Sebastián feasts in Old San Juan. It is an excellent location for walking the city. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The AC worked well. It is very close to shopping, dining, sight-seeing; everything I wanted to do! My room was one of the more modest ones and didn’t have an iron or a closet, there was a hook from the wall with hangers, which was sufficient for me. The staff did provide a steamer for clothes. The staff is very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend it if you’d like to be in the center of Old San Juan 👍"
"Big room, newly renovated building with nice roof terrasse to enjoy breakfast on, great neighborhood. The only problem is the humidity oozing inside from the window and finding the floor wet in the morning. Nice friendly staff who do not bother you"
