「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Excellent location. Clean and organized. The only difficulty is the parking as the building does not own a parking lot. Not recommended for people with disabilities, apartment is on top floor with no elevator. 」

「Loved the location & the building was super cute. Staff was responsive & very helpful. Only drawback was that the doors. If you wear acrylic nails take them off before trying to get into the lockbox & if you weigh less than 100lbs understand that you won’t be able to force the doors open, but to be expected in an old building combined with the humidity.」
