"Consistently bothered to upgrade with inconsistent prices. Everyone we worked with from the lobby to the staff was confused and took an absurd amount of time to get help. Many places were closed with no notice when up and running. Beach was horrific. Paid 150 a night to upgrade ocean view and it was a partial view and covered by trees. Wedding held right out our room was going until midnight "

"This was our second stay at Moon Palace, and we noticed the food quality has dipped since our last visit eight years ago. While we appreciated the membership team sticking to their 90 minute limit, the vendors in the lobby were a different story. A day before checkout, we were approached by very pushy staff selling discounted coupons. I understand they have a job to do, but they need to respect guests' boundaries and accept 'no' for an answer."

"This was a great place to catch our breath the day before we flew out of Cancun. A nice fitness center, the breakfast was delicious, and the airport shuttle driver was really great. My dad left before me and he assured me that he'd take care of him. :) It looks like places are walkable from the map but that's not exactly true (you can walk to Subway, Burger King, and a convenience store). I'd recommend the empanadas for 28 pesos from the convenience store and skip buying anything at the airport. "
