"We absolutely loved our stay at the Haven. We booked the ocean front serenity swim out pool. It was absolutely the way to go. Our pool server Jose Luis Cahuich made the trip. He was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. "

"This is a great resort to stay as a family! The food was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and there was just so much to do. My kids had never been to Mexico before and everyone at Dreams Natura made it a perfect vacation for them filled with memories. "Where do I begin? We got scammed by this hotel on day one. When we arrived, the front desk person advised me that there were no king size beds available, even though we had this room booked months in advanced. However, they offered to upgrade up for an additional $620 to a "honey moon suite". When we got to the room, it was the SAME exact room we had booked online. No upgrades, no upgraded liquor bottles, NOTHING! We got SCAMMED.. and when we went to the guest relations department to speak with Raul, he too confirmed it was the same exact room with no upgrades. We asked for our money back and he said no. We are not trying to dispute this with out credit card and it's not going well because we have no proof they did not upgrade us, only our word against moon palaces' word. This set the whole experience off on a bad note. Imagine going on vacation and getting scammed by a place you trust? Sad. The pool was mediocre at best. My friend cut the bottom of her foot on a loose tile in the pool. The pool also closes at 7pm and the outdoor bars close at 6pm??. Forget about aperol spritz, they are constantly out of it. The staff CALL YOU at 8 AM EVERY.. SINGLE... DAY.. trying to sell you upgrades and packages. If you do not answer they will call exactly 30 minutes later. It felt like harassment. The whole stay was dampened at how money hungry the place is. "

"Most of the hotel staff dont speak english at all so it was frustrating as hell the buffet area had a terrible smell and the food was not good very average for a 5 star. I will never ever return to a Royalton dont care where it is they all about upselling. We paid to updrade our room to Ocean view but the beach was not the greatest and the water had a very strong smell. overall, I will give this property a three star there's no way for five star. I'm just really disappointed at how the staff they were very rude. They tried to keep me hostage by letting me know that I cannot have anyone picking me up from the hotel and my options were to take their cab which cost US$60 one way to get to the Hotel zone being the fact that they are in nowhere like I mean in the woods and it takes a long time driving from the resort just out to the main roads why would anyone have a problem with somebody coming in to pick up a guest who gives Sole permission to whoever is picking them up? I do understand the safety is a concern, but if the guest is willing to sign themselves out, why are you trying to hold them as a hostage and I'm really disappointed I will never ever ever return to another Royalton and I definitely gonna take this even further because the food the water around the property the entertainment around the property. There's just nothing five star. I'm sorry nothing. suggestion for those who really want to go to this property ensure they have a rental car because its costly by cabs. "
