「Unless I missed it I was just surprised by the $120 security deposit and that parking would be an extra $40-50, but otherwise a beautiful place to stay at and so many great restaurants and businesses within a 5 block radius to give great variety to your vacation. Would highly recommend!」

「Fantastic location within walking distance of Wrigley Field and many Lakeview hot spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space within the suite! It's definitely not for folks who aren't used to urban street noise, although it didn't bother me at all. My ONLY "complaint" was that the room was super cold. 「Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! 」

「Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped. 」
