"Great location - close to everything downtown. Lobby/bar area very cool and well maintained. Rooms were clean but small (we were in a delux king) and some wear and tear obvious on walls/ furniture. Overall excellent value. Will stay again"

"We staying at this property and the experience was incredible! The property, the food, the bar, the rooms everything was great!! It’s in a great location super close to the beach. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and things to do. The staff were always super helpful. I will just say the overall experience was absolutely worth it especially with is being our first time in Chicago. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again!!"

"Great place but not a value. There was a concert and two weddings happening on the day I was staying. It was very busy! Long elevator waits. Long waits for coffee. The lobby was so crowded all the time. I suppose these are the signs of a successful business? I never felt like a “guest” more like a consumer. One K lighter for two days and a meal. The cost of big city living put the squeeze on this country mouse."
