This was one of my favorite hotel stays. The room was comfy with a full usable kitchen. An excellent location that felt safe and centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is now my go-to hotel for Chicago.

Very nice stay and location for us was perfect. This was our second stay and will be returning soon. Parking for check in was a challenge (large vehicle) but that's to be expected in such a location. Staff was very attentive and responsive, both kitchen and room were very clean and convenient. Highly recommended!

The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was clean and beautiful and a good location for what I needed to do. Massive space with a big balcony and full kitchen. Staff was great, lobby was adorable. Enjoyed seeing the canine clients. Only disappointment was the living room couch and chairs-- they looked beautiful but we're hard and stiff and not usable. Bed was great though, very comfortable.

Great location for us. While the hotel room was comfy( more like a small one bedroom apartment), there is no housekeeping on a daily basis ( we were there for three nights without service). This was disappointing especially given the nightly rate.

The hotel was great, but we had an accessible room and it was not as cute as the non accessible rooms I saw in the photos. Particularly, the bathroom was pretty inconvenient for 2 people to share because it lacked a vanity and 2 sinks. Other than that, the hotel was great!

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is great, but the hotel is a repurposed apartment building and rooms have multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, W/D, balcony. AMAZING. Clean, sleek, updated, perfect. I wish there was one of these in every city in the world.
