What a gem right next to Wrigleyville Stadium! I had an emergency and needed somewhere to stay for two nights while my son was in the hospital. This was the perfect accommodation walkable to where I needed to go. Clean community townhome with lock off rooms, community kitchen and living room room – very lovely environment and excellent location. Walkable to many restaurants.

My mom and I stayed 1 night in the bunk bed room. We were so impressed with the location. You can see Wrigley Field from the back deck so if you're there for a game it's a perfect place to stay because it's less than a block from the field. The cleaning lady was very helpful and even though we had a language barrier she called a friend who help us communicate. We have always stayed in a hotel but decided to try something new. It was worth it and the price for the location is crazy cheap. Also there's a huge selection of restaurants right around the corner from fast food to upscale. The rooms are small but the neighborhood and location make it perfect.

This property requires a non-refundable deposit and then asks for an additional cash deposit via bank transfer, along with a copy of identification. They state that this deposit will be refunded within 5–7 days after departure, provided before access to the property is granted. This arrangement raises concerns about legitimacy. It is advisable to avoid booking this location.

This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. All communications are handled through text message. If that is your jam then this is the place for you. Second, if you stay in a single room, the bathroom is shared. We ran into no problems with this arrangement. Just leave some extra time in your morning.

Everything was okay but in the pictures of the listing it was a regular condo and then we get there we end up in a basement. It was fine and nice but a little more obvious when renting a basement for 1700 would be nice

Perfect Chicago stay

Amazing location, fantastic building, and customer service that went above and beyond. This stay provides everything about the genuine neighborhood feel that makes this slice of Chicago special beyond Wrigley’s famous brick walls!
