"The room, lobby, pool and casino area were all 4-star clean. This is a casino resort hotel that is going through renovation at this time APR-MAY 2024. Several elevators were out of service while they worked on the updating. Although this property is not on the beautiful and long Biloxi/Gulfport beach (it's on the 'Back Bay' side of Biloxi) it's still nice to see the water if you happen to stay in an 'ocean-view' room. Technically you see 'the ocean', but it's not what you imagine when you hear...

"The staff was so friendly and talkative. I really enjoyed talking with them. The room was spacious and very clean bathroom. The carpet needed a good shampoo cleaner. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage and biscuits. They did have a Belgian Waffle Maker."

"I only had a couple of dislikes about this property. 1) The water didn’t very hot. 2) The tub is very slick while taking a shower I almost bust my butt. Those are minor problems so I’ll probably stay there again "
