"First of all, the place is sumptuous. About as close to five star as Natchez can get. David and his partner run a beautiful ship. An aesthetic pleasure. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and I had my own ground floor exit. Close to anything you would want to do in town. And David is a Southern delight. The real thing, full of mirth and good stories about local life. Hope to return soon."

"An incredibly well-preserved 19th-century mansion is located a few miles away from downtown Greenville. I stayed in the Captain’s Suite, which was probably the most incredible room I’ve ever slept in. You’ll be treated like royalty. The owner, Brad, will sit with you at breakfast (note: the breakfast is amazing!) and explain the history of the property in detail. Incredible experience."

"I booked 2 rooms for one night. Both rooms were clean and quiet (3rd and 4th floors) but there was an issue with the bathroom in the 2nd room that we did inform the desk about upon checkout…extremely slow tub drainage and the sliding glass bathroom door was off the track…and I was assured both issues would be corrected. I also found that the rooms needed an update as far as phone charging goes (there were NO usb charge ports in either room). Other, the a\c cooled great and the hot water eventually got to our floors! We ate at 2 different places on the premises and enjoyed the food and wait staff. And, of course, having the casino right there was probably the deal maker! I would consider booking again if the price is right!!"
