The mansion was beautiful and the staff were very polite. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and I would highly recommend Duff Green Mansion. They were close to shopping, restaurants, and had a beautiful pool/patio area to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Duff Green! The antiques are beautiful, the pool is lovely and the staff are so welcoming! Miss Laurie hosted a wine happy hour and told us ghost stories and history of the house. Breakfast was very tasty. My husband was hesitant about staying at a B&B but he loved it! I highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and courteous. We were in town to sample a few of our favorite restaurants and to see the McRaven House tour. We frequented those restaurants plus discovered a new place that is a new fave, The Biscuit. The crab cake appetizers are fantastic! McRaven House and the civil war museum did not disappoint. The property has a pool that is well maintained and was a pleasure to use. The wonderful breakfast was unforgettable. We would stay there again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Duff Green. The property is charming and evokes the atmosphere of the Old South through its period architecture, decor and surroundings. The entire staff was friendly and so eager to please. The onsite manager, led a wonderful tour, explaining the property’s history and allowing us to touch and feel the period furniture, clothing, etc., and the cooks and servers who provided a delicious breakfast were so kind and proficient. We even got to meet the owner, who delighted us with her history with this majestic home. In short, this was a marvelous stay.

The whole property was clean, the decor was amazing and seeing all the history was amazing. The breakfast staff was very nice and served a yummy southern breakfast. Parking was easy, right in the property. We stayed in the Siege room on the 3rd floor and really only had 1 flight of stairs from the upper parking. Tour after breakfast was cool.

Beautiful B&B. Area felt safe. Beds were comfortable and pillows were very comfy. Spiral staircase needs more lighting. There were several trip hazards but better lighting could help with that. It was very nice sitting on the porch at night watching the storm roll in. Breakfast was ok. Servers did an excellent job. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again.

Room was fine. First morning breakfast seemed unsettled. Had to ask for multiple things, refills, even juice was not offered. Second morning seemed smoother. Laurie was delightful. We love the history of Duff Green. Staff is always so friendly. Understanding this is an older historical home I still feel like it needs to be in better shape as far as cleaning an organization. The ice machine in upstairs kitchen has mold growing in it. The room we stayed in isn’t set up correctly. Broken toilet paper holder. Only 2 towels for a room that holds 8 people. There were only 3 of us. By the time we realized it I had to share a towel. Just more organization I think is needed. Little bit more attention to detail. Maybe it’s because the concierge leaves at 6 so no way to get help with anything. We love the people and the history but we will need it to be cleaner and more set up before we will be back again. Don’t let this deter you from visiting. Everyone should experience this historic place at least once. Maybe the other rooms had better attention to detail. First thing first is that ice machine! You can get someone sick from that.
