「The rooms are very clean and well appointed. However, blankets should be provided without having to ask. As it is they are very thin and if driving, I would suggest bringing your own. The restaurant and entertainment make it worth the stay. Spencer delights us every time!」

「I was up all night with barking dog had a very important meeting in the early morning . I didn’t get any sleep. I was on the 6 th floor and all I could hear where dogs yelping barking all throughout the night . I will never consider sleeping here because the staff could not care less . I also tried to get food at 9:30 pm and two ppl were standing behind bar with one customer at the bar . I was refuse service because she said they were too busy to serve me . 「the location of the hotel is great - just between Biloxi and Ocean springs. there is a great view of the bay. The room was clean and spacious. the hotel and casino are smoking free wich is great. the staff was very friendly, I had some issues (not related to the hotel) and the front desk manager went out of her way to help me. 」

「Suggest add plug-ins at around the nightstand to be able to charge phones at night. There's one plug-in on the wall next to one of the beds however you would need to put the phone on the floor between bed and wall to charge at night. 」
