「Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, lotion on the floor, hair in the sink and tub. Very minor issue so I cleaned it up. Some of the channels on the tv not provided by the hotel. Room service attendants will be gone by certain time so request all your needs in the morning, otherwise your room will not be serviced. And also if they hear anyone or a tv playing in your room they will not service your room. Only 1 waffle iron available for breakfast, there will be a 20 minute wait because breakfast tends to be...

「Unfortunately, we encountered roaches and what appeared to be bed bugs in our room. Since leaving the hotel, my children and I are still experiencing bites and skin breakouts, which has been extremely upsetting and concerning.」

「It’s an ok place to stay just passing through and needing a bed and a shower. Outlets didn’t work in the room. A little run down and old but staff were friendly and nothing too terrible.」

「The shower curtain in the supposedly handicap access room came too far out so there was no way to prevent water from going all over the floor, making it very hazardous. The floor of the shower also had a severe slope toward the drain so that is was hard to maintain balance.」
