Vending machine didn't work on the 3rd floor had to go to the second floor. Customer service not good and the food was ok. Overall the hotel is good and convenient to a lot of eating places.

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the carpet looked new, but everything else looked worn. The bathroom needed work. Fixtures were delapidated and rusty - we decided not to shower. Check-in was OK, but none of the staff was overly friendly. Breakfast was minimal, only fresh fruit was 2 apples.

I didn't use any of the amenities, but the lamp was missing a switch, the bathroom counter was pretty dirty, the faucet looked rusted and like someone spit their toothpaste on top of it. The faucet in the shower was totally corroded and ugly. I understand it's humid, but that kind of build of doesn't happen overnight.
