My wife left 2 items in the closet, a blue jean capri and a print blouse. Those were the only items she put in the closet. The next day when we got home she remembered she did not get them from the closet. She called the Golden Nugget as soon as she realized it to tell them she had left them in the closet. Golden Nugget told her housekeeping checked but did not find them. There were only two items she put in the closet and she knows she left those two items in the closet. But Golden Nugget housekeeping says they didn't see them?

When I first arrived and I finally got to my room the door was hard to open and there was a heavy amount of dust on the lamps. I called down to the front desk and they were able to give me another room. Well the other room was no better than the first room. While entering the second room it smelled like old wet clothes, the sink in the bathroom leaked and the water pressure was low at some point and high for seconds and then back to low. I also had to call the front desk on my cell phone because the room phone did not work. i don't think I will be staying at the golden nugget again. My experience was not good at all. My eyes are still red from the dust. My allergies are really bad when it comes to dust.

All staff was amazing until the day we left. There was one younger security guy (he looked like he need to wash his hair and comb it better) he was rude and harsh to my daughter as she exited the hotel elevator to the point that of how he spoke to her she cried for an hour after she called me. All other staff members and security were Amazing!!!

This is my second time staying here. The staff is nice, the hotel is clean, not too noisy, and amenities are at the hotel or next door to it. I will always stay here when I visit Biloxi.

I didn’t like how I kept getting Id even when I showed them I had a 21 and up bracelet. Felt real harassed while being there. One security looked at my Id, seen the year and said “so you’re under 21”. I will definitely be staying at a different resort next time.

Sooo I would say 7.5/10 - the room was pretty gross. Needs to be cleaned better. The ceiling fan was mucked up with dust so much, there was no turning it on. Gross. It smells kind of musty too. The front desk was great, customer service is on point. Slots and cards weren’t winners much!! Cool stores in casino!

The Golden Nugget Biloxi felt significantly overdue for a refresh. I experienced an outdated stay, with my room and general areas like the hallways and elevators desperately needing painting, new appliances, and bathroom updates. There was a general lack of cleanliness throughout. The amenities, including the disgusting pool deck, also clearly required substantial cleaning and modernization. While the staff was alright, operational shortcomings were evident. Housekeeping services were limited, and a non-functional in-room phone, which the hotel reportedly refused to fix, forced me to walk to the front desk nightly for basic necessities like towels. Parking was also a concern, as I felt unsafe. Overall, my experience at the Golden Nugget Biloxi was subpar.

The property was visually appealing however, the property should reconsider their signature scent. I am not one sensitive to fragrances normally… but this resort’s scent was reminiscent of a 1980’s imposter spray our great grandmother’s most likely possessed. Also, the room had no makeup/vanity mirror as well as lacked soap for the sink area and trash can liners. We were a n early check in so perhaps the room was rushed. Other than those minor issues… we loved the property and its ideal location. We hope to revisit during fall or winter break.
