「One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Gulfport. Expedia is clear on the booking and check in policies. I chose to pay upon arrival, rather than when booking the room. The hotel charged my card at 4AM the morning prior to my 4PM arrival. That's not the meaning of "pay at check in". This is not a financial issue! It is a legal non disclosure issue. I will not stay with this brand in the future for this very reason!」

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」
