「First let me mention the staff. The lady at the front desk was absolutely the best. She wears a lot of hats. Front desk and the coffee and snack area. She makes the place. She was incredible. Location was great. This place is nice. However the parking wasn't great to the entrance and the carpet in the elevators, the hallways and the rugs in our room looked ready to be either replaced or steamed. It was a good bit nasty. Only a portion of the shower head worked. 」
