「Room was not very clean. We reserved our room Jan 5 2026
When we got there March 13 2026 we had no room.
They found us one. But the air didn't work and we couldn't be moved as they were all booked
They suggested we come down early on the morning and get our new room assignmemt but we had and excursion early and wouldn't be back till after 5
When we got back the new room key was shoved at us she said the old key will would for 15 min get your stuff out. Wecfelt like everyone was acting like it...
