As a first-time guest, I expected a brief overview of the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, bar hours, or other features available to guests. Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."
