「The valet service was either very poor or completely nonexistent, and there was no proper bellhop support. The pool area was another issue there were no clear signs explaining where to get towels, which made things unnecessarily confusing. On top of that, the bathrooms near the casino entrance were filthy and clearly not being maintained.
Overall, the place feels like it’s past its prime. It desperately needs better management and a stronger team to run it properly.
I will not be returning...
