"Margaritaville cafe was wonderful, friendly, prompt wait staff. The arcade games kept malfunctioning. Rope course was closed but staff members were walking it and having a good time. Wall climb closed 3 hours early. The 16 th floor smelled like marijuana and simmering was smoking it off the balcony. There was a group of people smoking weed in the parking garage when I went to get my vehicle to leave Thursday morning. "

"hotel beds super hard, but room was nice and clean. Me and my family stayed her for a wedding we were attending at the beach. We were all on different floors, I do not like that you can only use your keycard for your floor and the casino floor. So, to get to my mother's room, we had to meet on the 2nd floor and get on the elevator together so she could use her card to let us on her floor. If you have a key card, you should be able to visit other family members on any floor. You have to have a key to access the elevators and floor anyways. No microwave in the rooms very inconvenient. Makes you go spend the money on the buffet because you can warm up any outside food. outdoor pool is beautiful. "

My room was outdated and had inadequate plumbing. The on-site restaurants were substandard, particularly considering their prices. While I may consider visiting the area again, I will not choose to stay at this property in the future."
