「希望房间备有拖鞋」

「The shower, conditioner and handwash bottles are not checked daily. We stayed 5 nights and ran out after the 2nd night. We had to ask 4 times to please please refill our bottles. They eventually did after a 48hr turnaround time. They also knew we were traveling with two kids (family of 4) and every day, they only gave us 2 towels. Every day we had to ask for more. Not the end of the world but annoying and shows lack of service. 」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「I gave it a 3-star rating because of the bathroom, which is in the tiny room with a thin, plastic sliding door which had 2 inch gaps on either end. The toilet may as well have been in the room. No one wants to do their bathroom business with your partner 3 feet away. It's totally inappropriate and I would never stay there again. The room was nice and the bed as well. I get that the rooms are tiny but if that's the case invest in a thick, solid door so people can maintain their dignity. 」
