There wasn't any glass or cups in the room. There is nowhere to charge your devices except in the restroom, which I think is horrible. The room is very basic for the price. The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I wouldn't come again because the room is very outdated. It felt like I was in a motel—lovely building, but not the rooms.

Great, friendly staff. I was able to give them my bag before check in for free which was such a huge relief. My shower took a little while to warmup so that was a bit uncomfortable in the winter. Outside of that, this is a great hotel.

Bed and bedding were comfortable however, the floors were dirty. The shower floor was slippery. The door for bathroom opened inwards leaving no room to get in and out of the bathroom.

Was it the best hotel room I've ever stayed in NYC? No, but it was far from the worst. For the price and just an overnight stay, it was completely fine. The good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The mattress was very comfortable. Overall, our room was clean but it wouldn't kill someone on the cleaning staff how to learn how to properly clean mirrors. Would I stay there again? For the right price, yes.

I was a little worried after reading some poor reviews however i couldnt fault my stay. The staff were lovely & helpful, the rooms were spacious & modern. There were plenty nice seating areas to chill in after our long days of sightseeing. The location was great, Times Square & Hudson Yards within walking distance. Circle line cruises at the end of the street & shops & cafes on hand. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was bare except for a bed and some beat up night tables. No chair. Large picture of a partially clad young woman. Not much on room amenities. The worst part was no morning coffee offered. Had to get bundled up and trudge to the deli. The staff was fine. The hotel had the feel of a “no tell, hotel.” I’d remove them from your list
