「Staffs are not very friendly. Terrible check-in. Cannot find my booking but was not keen to help, turned out it's the system upgrade issues but no apologies. 」

「It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.」

「Very clean and nice environment and the house keeping service is excellent. This time I booked for 7 days for my trip. Usually the other hotel only give once house keeping. But this Hilton double tree almost give house keeping service everyday. And the airport shuttle is convenient if you take the shuttle to airport」

「I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.」

「This inn has a nice historic look on the outside and the lobby and main stairs are beautiful, yet the renovation that turned this historic home into an inn did not do a great job with matching the details throughout. We got a Signature King room, expecting high ceilings and beautiful windows (as shown in pictures online) and instead got a lower level room with low ceilings, and basement style windows with shutters that needed to be closed for privacy (an outdoor security camera could be seen...
