「I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back.
I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's...

We were exhausted and hungry and there was no one in the cafe at all.. a staff member came thru and said she’ll be right back, but that wasn’t the case.. my husband, myself, and other hotel guests were standing around wondering when someone would be around to help us.. we waited approx. 25-30 minutes」
"according to night shift manager explanation "Hilton" online booking system has fail so there is no way to checking in and verify people has already booked the room.
We wait 3~ 4 hours in the lobby till 1am morning. Magically bus driver helps him fixed the server at hotel end~ we really wonder the night shift manager's capability..."
