Broken coffee maker. We had to buy our own mugs and kettle! Super noisy air conditioner which will disturb you during day time and scare you at night when sleeping. 「The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :) For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.」
