The staff was great. The room was great. The room service was great. The only problem is that there is a pack of bums sitting right outside of the front door. All on the the picnic tables, sitting on benches, smoking marijuana.

I really liked the reception service — it was fast and efficient. The rooms are extremely clean, which I truly value, especially the bed and bathroom, both were spotless. We stayed on the 8th floor and it was very quiet, we slept really well. I highly recommend it!
