「There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. 「Rough area. Definitely not what we saw in the pictures. The inside was in really bad shape. The floors were uneven and had bubbles coming up through the floor. It had a musky smell. It’s look like they just redid it but covered up the old things with paint, like a band aide. No fan in bathroom. The parking was nice. They have two tvs and chairs and umbrella for the beach, dishes to each meals. It would be fine if you were on a tight budget.」
