Makkah Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I’m currently staying in one of the refurbished superior rooms on the 26th floor at Makkah Hotel. The room is huge, fresh, and beautifully modern. Construction is ongoing at the hotel, but it doesn’t impact guests at all. I stayed here last year as well and it’s been a real pleasure coming back. Breakfast is decent, and the housekeeping team are true professionals — very attentive and respectful. I would highly recommend Makkah Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Makkah. If you can, book a superior room — it’s worth it. The only small issue was the WiFi since last night, it’s been a bit hit and miss. Otherwise this would have been a perfect 10/10 for me."

"Great stay, very close to Haram ( about 4-6 minutes), all shops close by. Barber shop and pharmacy on the same property. Housekeeping team ( one from Nepal and one from Bangladesh ) was very helpful and very friendly. They provided exceptional service. The receptionist ( forgot his name) comes and and asked if I need help with anything before I seek help! The luggage team was also providing good assistance with smiles on faces! Suggestion: I was hoping the suite room would have a curtain/sliding door between kids room and parents bedroom. Great Job Makareem Ajyad!!!"
