the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone.

Location! Location! Location! So close to The Harum. And very helpful and friendly staff! From check in to check out. I can’t remember all the names but wanted to thank Khloud. Our view was amazing.
