「The location is good, but the elevators were not working well. The cleanliness was poor, and the condition of the room I stayed in was also bad. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not good. 「Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence. I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah. Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm. Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here...

「The location is perfect. A five minute walk from the Haram. We really enjoyed our stay. Room service was great. Made a change from the fast food everywhere else. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Excellent accommodation, friendly staff from the outdoor entrance, reception and bellmen. Close proximety to Haram, loads of shops near by, rooms connected to Haram Audio systems and mosque on last floor. Many thanks to Mr Anas & Mr. Selaim at reception. Highly recommeneddd」

「It was the most terrible experience of our life. We paid more than $700 /night but the place was not even 1* The room was small, ants crawling and small washroom with no towels. We are both over 65 and hotel was on a mountain. We want a full REFUND. 」

「In case you wanna book this property, you need to understand the location they’re showing in Expedia and the location of the hotel is completely different about 15 miles apart from where they say it’s located and the name is not matching whatever Expedia have that’s not what they have in their front door」
