「I love Hotel Indigo! This was the third Hotel Indigo property I’ve stayed at and they are always lovely. The room was very spacious and the bay view was the best part! 「We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony .
