"We always seek out IHG hotels, this was in a good location to business we had in the area. Everything was wonderful. "

"room was not clean when we checked in and took about an hour maybe longer to actually get the room cleaned, had to go the the front desk 3 times about it because no cleaners were coming or they just weren’t cleaning it. the manager did take care of us he was very kind, definitely need to hire better workers though"

"Breakfast was bare bones - They actually charge you extra for an egg and bagel sandwich. Only two types of cold cereal. Juice machine broke. There was a place for hard boiled eggs, but no eggs until our third breakfast. They didn't clean our room until after our third night. Had to request clean towels three times. Elevators broke just before we checked out. We had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. We were offered a partial refund by the desk, then told "oops, maybe not" because we booked through Hotels.com. I expect way more from a Hilton property. "

"Unfortunately the room was not serviced during the 3 night stay. I spoke to the front desk after the 2nd night and was assured it would be taken care of that day but it was not. Also, the room phone did not work and the shower supplies (body wash) was empty. Both of these items were brought to their attention as well. "
