"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"

"You get what you pay for here. It’s old and run down. The room had inches of dust on the baseboards and the floors were all scratched up. I felt like I was going to fall through the tub when I showered. But the view was pretty. There is no ice machine, you either have to buy a whole bag of ice, or go into the “restaurant “ and get a bucket. The breakfast that is available is the same food as you would get at a Continental breakfast at another hotel, however, you have to pay for it. $5.00 for a frozen bagel and 1 ounce of cream cheese was a lot. The whole place needs a huge remodel. We stayed for 3 nights and that was plenty. "

"I chose this hotel primarily because it is advertised as pet-friendly, as it was very important for me to be able to have my pet with me. However, during breakfast, I was asked to remove my small puppy, who was very young and quietly staying inside my bag, after another guest mentioned having allergies. I understand the concern, but this situation was disappointing, as it contradicted my expectations of a pet-friendly environment. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome having my pet with me in shared areas."

"We need a place to stay for the night because we traveled 15 hrs and no one had cheap openings on a late Saturday night. We checked in at 11:30 we got a late check out because we checked in so late. It was not bad at all at first you may question it but we felt safe and it was clean. I would stay here again if needed. "

"Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!"
