「The property was well Renovated and maintained. Only draw back was only ice maker on 4th floor. Dana was very helpful. The Costa coffee was fresh and taste great, loved that it's made fresh per cup. Would stay again.」

「The bed was terrible, it was literally a soft mattress like wore out soft. I see. 10 roaches during my stay I was scared to close my eyes ,I would not and will not recommend this place」

「Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf」

「There was no seats in the room. There was a table but no chairs. No where to eat food.」

「Was not as described online.. Walked in and directly walked back out... There is no walkway to the beach... Room was very little space...Asked for refund and only got 175 back out of a 700 deal ... Was not my fault it wasn't as described online」
