Location perfect little slow on check in but it was 4th of July. Room was clean and property was as well all in all was awesome. I had first floor ocean view was amazing.

Hotel was decent for the price, bathrooms could have used a little better cleaning but wasn’t nasty. Staff were helpful and our check in was quick was told we couldn’t check in until 6pm but we got there early and was able to check in my 4:30pm. Overall it was a good experience.

Was an okay place to stay... we dont stay in the room much so we just needed a place to lay our heads that was clean. The place was older and my family of 5 stayed in one big room and it didnt have privacy but it was reasonable priced...could use new refrigerators that actually got colderbut it was decent.. best part was the view and when u walked out to the beach, it was the least crowded of all the areas! But the VIEW WAS TOP NOTCH

Honestly, this hotel was very rusty and smelled like cigarettes. Will I stay again probably if is the last choice. Location is great-however don’t stay in Dunes. Maybe if they updated it would be a 5 star. Family friendly-yes, activities-great! Parking is okay but if you arrive late you have to park way off the property-expect to walk!!
