「Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I...

「The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!」
