"Pros: The room was nice and the view was amazing! The pool and grounds were very maintained. Cons: They only provide one small bathroom trash can which wasn't very feasible since we booked a room with a full kitchen."

"Master bedroom lamp had missing turn knob. Need better door between bath and sleeping area in master bedroom. Both sliding doors to balcony could not be locked. Roaches in several areas of property, but not in our unit. Not enough trash cans in unit. Parking lot flooded after a rain on the morning we left. Water was literally over ankle deep. Half of the closet in 2nd bdrm was filled up with a crib mattress and boxes. Several extension cords were provided, which was good. View from balcony was very good and was in shade for most of the day. Was only provided with 2 keys for 4 adults for the unit."

"I originally rented the room for a softball tournament, but it wasn’t a great location next to the beach and amusement park museum all types of stores and stuff . I definitely will be using that location next April. I had an absolute blast. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was great. I liked it a lot."

"Upon arrival, the hotel’s entire system was down but the lady at the front desk worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone and get us checked in. I was impressed with her composure as others checking in seemed annoyed. The hotel itself was very clean and I’m giving this review an excellent because our stay was very nice. I will say, the coffee was not good. Tasted very watered down and weak. Both mornings during breakfast, there were men cleaning the bathrooms in the lobby. It seemed like a terrible time to clean bathrooms while there were several families convening with small children and no one could use the facilities. The breakfast itself was wonderful!"
