「Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking.
