I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...
