「Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children.
