I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms. 「Place was beyond dirty with burn holes in comforters bedding worn out chairs missing material visible spray foam to hide holes in walls and floor, never brought towels to accommodate leaking water from the shower, very poor service 」

「This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s located near lots of restaurants and easy access to highways. I will definitely stay again. It’s very quiet. The only issue I had was parking up front from the construction workers that stayed there taking those spots.」

「Great room, quiet, the most COMFORTABLE bed. The breakfast was great, except maybe the eggs were obviously instant but still edible. This location was close to everything we needed. Couldn't be happier with our choice.」

「We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay.」
