"Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. "

"This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. "I’m not sure how to rate this, as I didn’t actually stay there. When we pulled up to the property, my Uber driver expressed reservations about leaving me there and ultimately said he just couldn’t do it. He said the area was incredibly unsafe and then drove me the half hour back to city center free of charge. When I reached out to the owner and express that has a woman traveling on my own, I was too scared to stay there, Asking if I could at least get a discount. He was very curt and unhelpful....
