The room and breakfast was great. The gym needs some love. The same treadmill has been broken for over a year and they have a peloton that isn't set up so you can't do anything with it. Plus half the machines are missing the weight pins.

Property wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Dirt pushed into corners and behind appliances. Elevator broken. Gym machines old and broken. Another gym but apparently it was only for staff. Pool is being used for outside classes - not open to hotel guests except select times. Property looked like it was under construction. Staff was nice, however.

The location is not bad but not great, yes, there is a metro station but if you have little kids, you will be roughly an hour away from the National Mall, we were glad we drove. Parking was very confusing, it is shared with Trader Joe’s and other pavilion businesses - would have been helpful to have a sign notifying guests that they may park anywhere. Getting into the lobby from the parking was confusing, too. It didn’t feel very safe because there are all sorts of random people all over the place. Front desk people were nice but nobody tried to go out of their way to impress anyone. They offer complimentary happy hour and breakfast and have to hand out these manually cut out vouchers which looked kiddish. Happy hour is a nice touch but that whole bar area could be modernized. Breakfast is plentiful, all the staff working it is top notch. The room itself was alright: the bedroom was unreasonably huge while the bathroom, hallway and living room were tiny. We were three female adults with two little kids and it felt like we were on top of each other in the common areas. The fridge didn’t shut so the condensation was maddening. There were two cups to usefor coffee or tea, would be nice if there were plastic cups for like five for water or whatever. It would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom, more hangers for the closet and coat area. Would be nice to have a rug in the bedroom. There were stains on the curtains, couch, sheets. There was an old gum under the night table.

This hotel has everything you need. It is connected to the Metro, the breakfast is incredible with the best omelette I ever had and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great too. You can’t beat all that for the amazing price for a nice family weekend away. We will be back.

The main areas were nice and clean and up to date. However, my room was old with chip paint in the tub they painted over which made the bathtub look dirty. I had to run and buy bath mats to take a shower. The elevators were always not working causing the entire hotel to use one elevator.

Laundry room was filthy, to go food everywhere. No quarter machine, sign said to go to front desk but they never had any. Told to go to the arcade in the mall but they were closed. Booked this hotel mainly because it has an indoor pool. The hotel rents out the pool to some swimming class several hours a week on different days. Nowhere is that stated on Expedia or their hotel website. If I’m booking a hotel I should have access to all amenities or be informed on the closure. Arrived a few hours early and asked if we can pay to check in early. The morning front desk agent said yes but it will be another hour before I can get into the room. He gave us breakfast passes and we went to eat. When we came back about 45 min later he was gone for the day and the new front desk employee said she would get us to a room shortly. 5 hours later we still don’t have a room. The lady left for break and the manager came over to us and asked if we needed anything. I told him a room we were told we would get 5 hours ago and he said no problem. He didn’t know why they didn’t check us in but said he would figure it out. Never heard from him the rest of the 3 day stay. Last day at 9:15 am, and hour and 45 min before checkout a person opened the door while knocking to clean the room. She walked in on my 16 year old son changing in the room. I love Hilton properties, but the need to pull their name off this location.

Great clean rooms, all staff were very friendly. The Metro was connected to the hotel so this was extremely convenient for us to go to the museums and back. Food on site was great too!

This hotel is located right across the street from the train so it was super easy to get to all areas of Washington DC. There is also a Trader Joe’s next door if anything is needed. However, it needs a big remodel. The tub was peeling, shower head was about to fall off, beds were hard and the floor was dirty when we checked in. Only 1 elevator was working so you had to take the stairs. Be careful because the stairs had puke in them and smelled so bad. When we went to the pool the first time there were no towels. We called the front desk and they told us they wouldn’t send any up but instead we had to go down 9 floors to get them. This hotel is good for location but if you want something clean and updated go somewhere else.

Breakfast was great. The omlete station was amazing. The staff at the restaurant was super nice. The manager does a supurb job. The evening reception has several mixed drinks you could chose from, beers, wine, and light snacks. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was warm. The front staff and house cleaning were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and large enough to spread out our bags. The location is right above a metro which made travel to the national mall easy. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Trader joes is in the same building so you can grab snacks for the room. Overall, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in. I would definitely recommend for families.

The night time receptionist was very rude. The room was dirty and the shower had residue and stains. The king bed had hairs and a lot of dirt on the sheets. The couch pullout bed had crumbs and hairs, as well as dirt on the sheets.

The staff at the desk had no idea where anything was located. All I wanted to do was go from the hotel to the Washington Capitals Arena as fast as I could, and the lady at the desk had no idea she pulled out a map and sent me 25 minutes in the wrong direction by the time I got back I missed most of the game which cost me $300 otherwise the hotel was nice and in great condition and we loved staying there and it was a good value
